About the Organization

The Women’s Resource Center (WRC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by domestic violence and sexual assault in North San Diego County. Since 1974, WRC has provided shelter, counseling, advocacy, and education to help survivors escape abuse, rebuild their lives, and achieve long-term independence.

How Your Contribution Will Help Make an Impact

The WRC Thrift Store provides affordable clothing, furniture, and household items while generating funding for WRC’s shelter, counseling, and advocacy programs. Through community donations and shopping vouchers for clients, the store helps individuals and families rebuild their lives with dignity and stability.

Through our Clothing Swap & Plant Market meet-up, we collectively donated over 12 bags of clothing to the Women’s Resource Center!
