1. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations. You may not:

3. Products, Tickets, and Availability

We sell merchandise and apparel (“Products”) and also sell tickets for events such as meetups (“Tickets”).

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct errors or omissions at any time
  
• Change product details, pricing, or availability without notice
  
• Modify or discontinue any Product, Ticket, or event offering
  

4. Orders, Ticket Purchases & Payment

By placing an order or purchasing Tickets, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  
• Your billing and contact information is accurate
  

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues. If an order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery (U.S. Only)

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you agree to contact the carrier first. We may assist where possible, but we are not liable for missing packages once marked delivered.

6. Returns & Refunds (Physical Merchandise Only)

We accept returns or exchanges on merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• To start a return or exchange, please contact us first at hello@happygirlclub.com so we can assist you with the process.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund accordingly.
  

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at hello@happygirlclub.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

7. Ticket Sales – Final Sale / No Refunds

All event ticket purchases are final sale and non-refundable, unless required by law.

Tickets may not be returned or refunded due to:

• Change of plans
  
• Scheduling conflicts
  
• No-show attendance
  
• Weather conditions (unless the event is canceled by us)
  

Event Changes or Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify event details (date, time, location, format) at any time. If an event is canceled by Happy Girl Club, you will receive either:

• A full refund, or
  
• Store credit, or
  
• A transfer to a rescheduled date (if available)
  

The remedy provided will be at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

8. Transfers / Resale of Tickets

Tickets are intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel Tickets that are suspected to be transferred, resold, or purchased for fraudulent purposes. If transfers are allowed for a specific event, we will provide that policy on the event page or confirmation email.

9. Event Attendance, Conduct & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a Ticket and attending any event hosted by Happy Girl Club, you agree to:

• Conduct yourself respectfully toward other attendees and staff
  
• Follow all venue rules and applicable laws
  
• Understand that we may remove any attendee for unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior with no refund
  

You understand and accept that attending in-person events involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, or loss of personal property. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance.

10. Photography & Media Release

By attending a Happy Girl Club event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Photos and videos may be taken during the event
  
• You grant us permission to use your likeness, voice, and image captured at the event for promotional or marketing purposes
  
• This includes use on our website, social media, advertisements, and related platforms
  

If you do not wish to be photographed, you must notify staff at check-in.

11. Intellectual Property

All Site content—including text, logos, designs, graphics, photos, event descriptions, and product images—is owned by or licensed to Happy Girl Club and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without written permission.

12. User Content (Reviews, Photos, Submissions)

If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content:

• You grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, display, and share it
  
• You confirm the content is your own and does not violate any rights
  

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
