1. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at 12 PM PST through Sunday, or on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States, if offered at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Happy Girl Club ships to addresses within the United States.
We currently do not ship internationally.
If you are ordering to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier restrictions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
Damages
Happy Girl Club is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

2. International Shipping Policy
At this time, Happy Girl Club ships within the United States only and does not ship internationally.
3. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by the carrier.
If we cannot validate the address, we may contact you to provide an updated address. If we cannot confirm an updated address in time, the order may be canceled and refunded.
Happy Girl Club is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.
4. Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you did not receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported it as delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at:
We will review the situation and assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable. Resolution options (replacement or refund) will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
