Restore & Connect Yoga Flow

Begin the new year with intention at our Restore & Connect Yoga Flow at Sage Sanctuary in Wildomar, led by the wonderful Pina Nast (@pinanast). This grounding flow is designed to help you release the busyness of the holidays, reconnect with yourself, and step into 2026 feeling clear, centered, and supported.

Through mindful movement and breath, we’ll create space to let go of what no longer serves you and gently set intentions for the year ahead—all within a welcoming, judgment-free community. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this class is about slowing down, tuning in, and connecting with your fellow Happy Girls
