Yoga in the Park

Join Happy Girl Club for Happy Girl Yoga at the Park – a gentle outdoor yoga gathering created in honor of Mental Health Awareness and the importance of slowing down together. 🤍 This is your time to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive community setting.

Led by Gabriele Marcal, this grounding flow is open to all levels. Move how you want, take breaks when you need, and show up exactly as you are. No pressure, no performance.
